The 3rd round of Slovenian nationals was held in Blatni Dol on August 24th. Competition was organized for 1/8 off road nitro & electric class.
The track was really nice, offering a lot of grip, on some parts even to much, due to night rain. It was fun to race in those conditions.
I was competing in electric class. I was driving my XRAY XB8E buggy for the first time at the race. The car was very fast from very beginning. Through the qualifications I made just a few small set-up changes, to make the car a little bit more stable. After I made those changes, the car was just great to drive.
I had TQ, won the finals and set the fastest lap time of the day.
